I wish I knew the answer. I watched several hours of After Effect tutorials, but still am not very comfortable with it, so I'm still frame-by-framing it with PS. I've got an idea in mind that's going to require video in video so I guess I'm going to have to watch a few more videos.
Notorious GOP is the man to answer that. Also, there's a big collection of tutorial videos on a website called Creative Cow if you have some time to burn.

Yea I saw the Creative Cow forum but I'm thinking my AE doesn't have Mocha for whatever reason. AE sure is a tedious program to learn.
