i think any qb can have 300 yards passing in one game. he can't get 300 consistently against lesser defenses in the sec, that is the stat that matters. :)

I'd take him over an QB that never beat South Carolina. Something our QBs do on a regular basis.

watkins and hopkins are good in the ACC. We all saw USCe DBs shut them down. More of that coming with LSU.

if your qb is the man, why can't he put up 300 yards on sorry defense in the sec? you want to cherrypick a single game to "prove" he is the man.

A 300 yard game means nothing. We had no 300 yard games last year and made it to the NC. Stats are for perennial losers like Clemson that can't win the games that matter.
LSU QB, the good, the bad and the ugly, can win big games. The problem is, Clemson isn't a big game. So nobody really cares.

As no. 7 lsu trounces clemson 45 to 7. "

their secondary couldn't stay with our wr's, you didn't watch the game, it was about the pressure up front on boyd, boyd wasn't even getting the ball out to them.

lol you guys just say duke sucks b/c they are duke. they do have talent on offense though. skilled positions. i'd take their qb and wrs over anybody lsu has.
