And you are correct, Phil is the major reason that UT is in this situation. He let the talent pool run dry. Got lazy and a lack of attention to detail crippled this program.

LSU, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Clemson, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida and USC are the folks most responsible for the shape UT is in. Whoever y'all hire will need more than three years to turn it around and try to get to 9-3 with regularity, but they won't get it. Then maybe Jon Gruden will have a contract crisis with Monday Night Football again.
