Like what?? plus more?? That's bullshite. LSU has better academics and better facilities. He will crack the lineup alot faster at LSU as well, what exactly are you basing your facts on?

Try looking at it from an unbiased standpoint and you'll see what I'm saying.

I wish we could somehow moderate all "opinions" and "gut feelings" posts, especially about LSU/Bama recruits.

why don't you try looking at it with out Bama penis envy.

I don't agree about better academics, that's a meaningless designation, you can get as good of an education as you want from either.

From a football perpective, Alabama does not offer anything LSU does not.

I have no penis envy towards Bama. I respect them though. Why does everyone on this website get so up in arms about that school? Jesus. It's like striking a match with some people. Chill on it.

And I'm saying LSU does not offer much near anything Alabama does not. Why can't people understand this? Try to not be so offended by this statement coming from a lifelong LSU fan/alum.

Because it gets tiring reading our own supposed fans suck off the coach of our main competition constantly. Too many LSU are so fricking excited about pointing out anything that LSU does wrong and anything Bama does right, but never vice versa.

From an objective standpoint, Bama offers nothing that LSU does not, aside from more cocaine and higher alcohol prices in Tuscaloosa.

The fricking Stockholm syndrome some of you people get is fricking annoying. If you think Bama is so great, just go fricking cheer for them and stop even worrying about LSU you front-running toolbag. You probably didn't start rooting for LSU until 2003 anyway.

Oh. My. God.

You have a bad day or something? I am in no way "sucking off" Saban or "frontrunning" or whatever else you're trying to accuse me of. I'm trying to come in here from an unbiased standpoint and obviously some people just can't handle that.

I, for the record, loathe Alabama. I grew up hating Ole Miss but that hatred pales in comparison to mine towards Bama. With that said, I respect the hell out of them. If you can't respect your rival or any opposite team because you dislike them, well I suppose that says more about you personally than anything.

Lastly, saying I probably didn't start rooting for LSU until 2003 is laughable. That's an immature and child-like allegation.

Ask anyone in the country that knows recruiting and is not associated with Alabama and LSU about this confusion we seem to be having. They might try to help you take off your purple and gold glasses.

well shite George, here I thought we played for a national championship last year.

Bama is benefiting from the bush league bridge scheduling format right now. That will not last throughout the career of any recruit that signs this year. Frankly, neither will Saban most likely.

sweet a "I hopeI'm wrong" and potshots at our coach all in 1 thread.

LSU has just as good a shot a NC's as Bama.

Because it's false. The only thing they can offer that LSU can't is better history. That's it. I don't think most recruits care who on the MNC in 1925, but ok. Other than that, in 2012, they have nothing more to offer than LSU (and a number of other programs)
ETA: I guess the one other thing they can offer is a fan base that doesn't run down it's own program. They think every big recruit is going to Bama, where as our chicken little fan base thinks every big recruit is not going to LSU.

Try not running down your team with false perceptions. It's not 1975 anymore.

What the hell is the matter with you that you take such offense to a statement that isnt pro-LSU or pro-Bama but just plain neutral?

I personally think that Kendell is coming to LSU. I was cautious at first, but I truely believe he will be a Tiger.

But even if I thought he wasn't, in your opinion that would make me a Bama fan...? I understand the whole hate Alabama everything thing. I hate em just the same. But Christ - chicken littles like you running around screaming because someone has a viewpoint that is different than yours is ridiculous. Grow up and try to be more open-minded. Life is too short to be so tight assed.
