That is usually correct in the pros, but the college game is dfferent. The defenses are not as complex and arm strength is not as important.

RG3 is an exception to the rule in the pros.

Considering how bad Tebow is in the pros, I am suprised at how good he was in college. Being surrounded by great talent at florida is probably the reason--both offense and defense.
