quote:pretty important question; from what i've seen mitchell is not an extremely accurate passer especially when compared to a guy like russell wilson.
can Mitchell pass well?
i'm thinking he was doing the black QB = black QB comparison w/o thinking it through.

I'm starting to understand
drexyl= idiot
I was not doing the black QB= black QB comparison.
Mitchell is not as accomplished as a passer but he as a good arm and is mobile. A bigger version of Russell Wilson.
My apologies to the simpletons here that have to go racial on everything. That was not where I was headed.

And when have you seen Brandon Mitchell throw a bunch of passes? He's been behind Tyler Wilson and Ryan Mallett. He hasn't gotten the 1st team reps.
In all likelihood, he might not even play QB next season. But I, and quite a few others, like him quite a lot. Petrino loved him. He throws a VERY good deep ball.
I'm not saying he'd be all-SEC or anything, but I think he'd be a better QB than Casey Dick after the 3 years he's spent learning from Petrino.
