The conference is in need of reform, but it is a money machine, despite that .
The league office, housed in B'ham by Alabamans moves reluctantly to address thesee issues.
BUT, some progress is noted when the problems get large enough ot threaten jobs or widescale adverse publicity.
About four years ago Ark, Ole Miss and others were furious about officiating favoritism and some steps were taken to ameliorate that problem.
Scheduling will have to be reformed, too, but other shcools will have to stand up and make it happen.

Scheduling needs to be addressed, there is a comp disadvantage to the current system, of course we werent bitching too much when FL was sucking. But it needs fixed, it is not fair to any program.

Now, back to serious matters, we got a committee on this thing yet.
