It is seriously time to view our options and look at leaving the SEC

Florida did this years ago when they got tired of bama shite. They can have an ad hoc committee up on two days notice. The big 12 is looking at Florida state coach bty a former LSU coach. The move of Florida LSU and Florida State to the big twelve ends the SEC. Unless we are going to continue to let bama and their redneck mafia piss on us and tell us it is raining. it is time to geaux. If they want to stop it then serious an real concessions will have to be made. There will never be a better time than now as we are a consistent top ten team with huge national recognition. Everyone knows LSU . At some point in time things reach a tipping point and that time is now. Lets get a committee formed so at least they know we have had enough of this bullshite.

do you seriously want to go to a more corrupt conference? Even though we got shafted this is still the best conference to be in period. The politics with Texas in the big 12 is much worse than what Bama does.

nope, contrary to popular belief we are not that big and mainstream. We are one of the top teir no doubt and the fact that we are in the SEC adds to our resume. If we leave then we are saying we're cowards.

The Big 12 sucks and the SEC has the money divied up equally between the SEC schools.
However, I do think a big stink should be raised from someone of weight regarding the scheduling fiasco. I would love to see SVP mention this on ESPN.
Why give us Georgia (when we were supposed to go to USCe and Bama was supposed to play Georgia) have Bama rotate Missouri out and put Kentucky in their place? Crap, just leave it the way it was if that's the case.
It's a freaking joke. Last year we played #3Oregon, #14West Virginia, #2Alabama, #20 somethingFlorida, #3Arkansas, beat all of them, handily, with the exception of Alabama however we did win, on the road.
Bama beat Arkansas and Florida. The rest of their schedule was Kent State, Penn State, Georgia Southern, TN, Auburn, Ole Miss, Moo State. I'm leaving some other teams out, it's all I can think of off the top of my head but none that would've mattered.
And because of our awesome accomplishment (no sarcasm) we had to play Alabama again.
Keep everything the same last year for both teams, the scores, where the games were played, everything, just reverse the winner in the Nov. 5 game. You'd think we'd get a rematch? No way.
It's maddening.

Without the SEC LSU would lose out on prime out of state recruits, lose lots of money, we would miss out on the traditions of what SEC football brings us, lose rivalries, and be thought of as cowards by the nation. The Saban/Miles era has us as one of the favorites for ATL year in/year out. Doesn't matter who's on the field conference wise. We have UF every year? Normally UT is very good and UA has them every year. AU has UGA every year. So what we are talking about essentially is one game....in one sport. Leave the SEC? We are the SEC as much as anyone. No thank you. The solution is to beat UA and UF next year.
