I have no idea whether what you are saying is correct.

I know that nuts and avocados are big points with Weight Watchers.

Very high calorie content but eating (in small portions) avacados, almonds, walnuts etc. is very good for you and can actually help you burn fat.

it's because they are fats but the good kind of fat. nuts like almonds or cashews also help you feel full longer which is kind of the roundabout way it helps aid in weight loss. kinda like peanut butter, good for you if you eat the right portion in moderation.
