it's time for the conference to go back to the "southeastern" coference and not the "alabama first" conference.

note: i am suppressing my sailor background and will quit cussing starting today.

gg and rabelais both had good articles discussing the unfairness of the lsu treatment.

can we get espn or ap to get involved?

i call b.s.

sec should be fair and it doesn't look that way.

On a related note (from a previous post):

"The more I am around Bit Time Tide Pride Donors and REC Board Members, the more I
realize these people are in a League of their own literally.

The SEC office is slammed with Bama folks in Bham. We all know that.

The head of the SEC officials is a Bama Grad.

Did you know the former Director of the NCAA Compliance Division now resides in Tuscaloosa
and consults with Alabama. He just finished getting Emmerit to NOT put Penn State on the
Death Penalty. Penn State came to him because they knew he could lighten the penalties
adn he did. Google Gene Marsh and see what you find.

Not to mention Mark is running the NCAA and Saban's his boy.

Look at Memphis, they are buying guys left and right. They got Saban's agent Jimmy Sexton
overlooking that.

I amazed at the level these folks have gone.

1- Moms are relocated to housesit for pay
2- Loaners are given while broken down cars are repaired
3- Friends of the players, not alumni or former players, pay for vehicles for jobs from
rec members.
4- autograph signings for mens wearhouse
5- eating free at any Baumhower location from the wharf in orange beach to wings in bham.
6- getting a counselor to rate you with a learning disability and having a counselor read
you the act and emphasize the answers when reading
7- firing recruits parents if they commit elsewhere- this is a rec thing
8- hiring recruits parents if they commit to you- rec again
9- funnelling money to a preacher for private school tuition for inner city kids so they
can go to a private school and get a counselor to diagnose them with a disability and
pass the act
10- more funneling of money from the rec that you can shake a stick at.

There is soo much more, that it truly is amazing and reveals "Nothing to see."

I don't think ANY university has boosters that would mortage their farms to pay players
to play like Alabama.

I don't think ANY university has fans or alumni or coaches that will go to the extremes
these people will.

They didn't learn how to be a better university through their penalties from infractions.
They learned how to beat the system and do it better. The ONLY chance they have at
getting caught is when stupid Billy Bob goes off the reservations and does something in
the public eye. The rest is just do as you will.

With Mark, Marsh, Slive, and Saban all intertwined, nothing is happening to these people.
Name me one university set up like this right now. President and Coach are friends,
Commish is in the same state and former Compliance Director is employed. It's
jaw dropping."

Butt hurt continues to flow. Shut the frick up, enjoy your 10 wins and top 5 ranking. Get over it. Our goal failed when we lost our second game. It doesn't matter if its cotton bowl or chicken bowl. Neither will crown you a champion.

I say Atlanta. New Orleans would be too biased for us. You could say that Atlanta is biased for the Dawgs, but it's really a pretty transient city.

What about Nashville? The 'Dores might stack the deck...

And the SEC will continue to do its best in future to make sure we have a harder road to the championship than the favored schools in the conference do. If we'd played Kentucky instead of FL this year, we'd be 10-1 and in the BCS. It's easy to see what's going on in the conference and will continue. Some schools have obstacles placed in their way, other schools have their path cleared.

Heck, with the internet, there's no reason for everything to be in once place. Spread it around among several cities.
