BTW, for what it's worth the Sirius college guys including Jack Arute said "I have no real comment on how we got screwed other than to say that there really is no check on the power of the conference commissioners in football right now." and that there is clearly favoritism like that going on all over the country.

this has been discussed already after the 2013 schedule came out. People on here bitched and even the guys on radio were commenting about it.
It's the most blatantly obvious setup of LSU to stay behind Bama that I have eveer seen from a front office. Why it hasn't gotten more press I am not sure but, to everyone else in the SEC we are just whining.

As for "all the AD's being involved", Aleva specifically denied that he had any sayso whatsoever in drawing up the schedules, for this past yr & next yr. Funny how, in "working around existing scheduled games", bama gets to play 2 teams with a combined 2-14 record & LSU gets to play 2 teams with a combined 14-2 record this past yr. Simply a coincidence I presume.

The real crime in this bullshite? Because the SEC will very quickly expand to 16 teams Alabama will never, ever have to have its own turn playing the tougher schedule.
LSU got royally shafted both in 2012 and 2013 and it pisses me off that Aleva and Miles were not more vocal about it.

The SEC office has set Bama up for a 3-peat next fall. They have to go to College Station, but it's early enough in the season that they can make up the ground if they finish strong. They get us in Tuscaloser and avoid Florida, USCe, and UGA altogether. The worst part is that LSU fans are coming off as whiners when all we want is a level playing field. We can hate Bama all we want, but they are experts when it comes to playing the system to their advantage.

That bama has by far and away more player declared by a Dr. that their career is medically over than any other school. Thats how they are culling their players to make room for new recruits.
IF TRUE that needs to be magnified and exposed as well

So let me get this straight: LSU was definitely supposed to have Kentucky on the schedule next year and Bama was supposed to have UGA. And then the schedule was later modified to swap these opponents.
