I'd much rather play on New Year's Eve and be the only game on TV than on Jan 1st with 3 other games on TV at the same time.

Our TV audience will be huge. Every NY Eve party in the country will have our game on.

And I'd much rather play a damn good 10-2 Clemson in the Chicken Bowl than Northern Illinois in a BCS bowl on Jan 1st.

And to all the little girls on here who keep crying because Nicky's on a roll, and LSU is just a second tier program, please just STFU!

LSU is unquestionably an elite program, probably second only to Alabama, thanks to the incredible winning ways of one Coach Les Miles, who by the numbers is currently right there with Nicky-poo, in terms of winning % and in head-to-head battles with Saban.

They are so close that, had we just made one more first down, OR had we stopped Bama in the last minute on 11/3, Miles might have now his third SEC Championship and be playing in his third BCS title game, which would clearly place him ahead of Saban. And, Miles would now hold the one game head-to-head edge, not Saban. That's how close those two great coaches stand, in comparison with each other.

LSU under Miles is NOT close to second tier. We compete with Bama to occupy the pinnacle of college football, and this rivalry during the Saban-Miles era is a close battle that won't be finally decided until Miles and Saban end their careers.

We have to concede that Bama under Saban has a narrow lead right now, but in a few years LSU with Miles might be in front.

But even now, since Saban is everybody's consensus best coach in America, Miles has to be #2, cause he just keeps winning and nipping at Nicky's heels.

Les Miles enjoys the challenge of competing against the very best, he is certainly not afraid, and you know he has the want to finish first, when all is said and done.

And oh by the way, Miles just got an offer to be the highest paid college football coach in America, and I think Jerry Jones probably knows a great coach when he sees one.

We are very fortunate to have Coach Les Miles at LSU, and he has shown us over and over that he is now a Tiger.

Saban's leading by a nose right now, but the home stretch is still a ways off. My money's on Les at the finish line, and I bet it is gonna be one great ride, during the remainder of his tenure at LSU. After all, look at the thrills his first 8 years have given us.

I believe the current Alabama-LSU battle for supremacy during this spectacular Saban-Miles run will be remembered as one of the most historic eras in college football.

Better start enjoying it you crybabies, or continue to wallow in your misguided misery. But if you do, you will miss the rest of this golden era of LSU football, and you will deserve to. It's your choice.
