If it's all about fairness, then LSU deserves Cap One over TAM...

If the SEC office is politicking for Georgia in the Cotton, why aren't they for LSU in the Cap One? We beat TAM on the field. Why, because the Cap One would tell them to kiss their arse. Why can't the Cotton do the same?

The cotton is big time they will do whatever it takes to be the next BCS bowl and if they think that is LSU vs Texas thats what they are going to do.

Then why is the SEC lobbying for UGA to go to the Cotton?

SEC office -- LSU plays shitty Ark. on the shitty day after T'giving ... because Alabama ppl don't want the precious "Iron Bowl" played on Black Friday. Ala. plays TN and Mizz this yr, TN and freakin' KENTUCKY next yr. It ain't about fairness, it's about location.

Cotton might be picking its fight- Texas is a dud so maybe they play the game this year to negotiate for next?

A&M is a more exciting team this year. It's politics. A 2 loss LSU team isn't as big of a deal this year.

They could have lobbied to send UGA to the Cap One.

And Slive sure as hell lobbied for a BCS rematch last season.

Cap. 1 gets the first pick and they'll be all over (I would be floored if they don't pick A&M) because of the Heisman publicity, tons of media exposure, etc.

A&M can have it. I hate that bowl.

I don't like it either but from a national interest perspective, it's "perceived" as a better bowl.
