Coach Les Miles made an appearance at my alma mater for a high school playoff game. He walked the sidelines and end zones speaking with the folk, including the sideline reporter who was in my graduating class. He posed for numerous photos with Cheerleaders and others. What a gracious and unassuming person.

As some of you know,I have been very critical of many of CLMs decisions, but seeing him on the sidelines last night was unreal. He may indeed walk with kings, but he truly has the common touch. That said, I am inclined, as is Picker, to refrain from withering criticism henceforth. Unlike Picker, I have never been a hater.

May CLM lead LSU football to unparalleled achievements, especially some NCs.

So he was out putting himself on display and talking to the media instead of hanging in the shadows and not stealing the spotlight from his son?

Real humble.

I honestly never thought I would see you post anything positive about CLM. I'll take it.

alright, yet another convert! but there is nothing wrong with critisism,it's the vitriol that astounds me. that and the dumb reasons some give for hatin' on miles. so welcome to the classy, intelligent and mature LSU fan segment. (ok, so i went a little overboard).

OMG, white tiger has a heart. you are truly turning toward the spiritual.

sometimes we judge what we don't know. i met clm years ago and you describe him perfectly. a lot of negamiles posters judge him by some super human standards.

when you know him as a regular human, it then his accomplishments become incredible.

whitetiger, don't go back to the darkside. welcome to the positive.

Did he ask you to stop using this childish acronym, "CLM" instead of his real name?
