We were in the mood for sushi tonight and didn't want to drive far .. Found Natsu dark and locked up .. It's ashame .. He was a nice guy, but seemed understaffed from Jump Street .. Went to Nagoya on Market Street instead .. It was meh .. They may be next .. High end, big ticket sushi isn't doing too well over here ..

I don't think it was open a year, guys .. He just recently finally hired a sushi chef .. For awhile, it was just him and one waitress .. So five tables and two at the sushi bar and they were slammed .. He griped about City Cafe killing him .. But he knew they were there when he started .. He had a Chinese and Japanese menu, and his food was good .. But I just think the poor fella was in over his head ..

How many sushi restaurants can a metro area between 500,000-1 mill sustain? I feel like sushi restaurants have been over-saturated in BR for years now...

Sushi really isn't my favorite either .. Too expensive for what little food you get ..

There's no doubt that sushi is a high profit item, along with everything else a sushi joint typically serves .. That's why you see one on every corner .. and you rarely see them go out of business .. Just do average business and they're rolling .. Same with BR's other over saturated market -- Mexican food ... Another high profit cuisine ..
