Like I said, I agree that it is an excessive sentence and but he can thank himself for being a complete idiot and doing what he did.

I understand he lost his job, his wife, whatever else..... it's hard for me to feel sorry for somebody that pulls out his junk and lays it on another guy's face when the guy is passed out drunk. Combine that with it being instigated by those "friends" that were around him when he did it. Furthermore, who knows what sort of emotional damage the act itself did to the LSU kid. You want to talk about being embarrassed.... imagine if you were that kid and you see that video for the first time. Then you find out that's it's gone viral.

Do the crime, you have to face the consequences. I think this is his first offense with something like this, he did turn himself in, so he probably won't serve the entire thing anyway.

I don't feel sorry for him at all.


ETA: Never heard he didn't even apologize. So he has no remorse either. Now I really don't feel sorry for him.

I thought his uncle that was a sheriff in a neighboring county turned him in.
