We are so lucky to have Les

I understand that thought if you are an alabama fan. If you are an lsu fan, I think you would prefer for alabama to have les miles.

quote:

No matter how frustrating, stubborn, and mind-numbingly conservative he can be at times, he wins 81% games.

What people need to understand is that at this point, the recruiting machine at lsu is set up appropriately and money get into the appropriate hands so recruiting takes care of itself.

My point is that any coach out there who is a good coach, given lsu as his school, could recruit at such a level that would allow lsu to win 81% of games.

quote:

That is beautiful no matter how ugly and beat-your-head-against-the-wallness he can be

Do you think that usc does well? They likely win a high percent of their games. But few would doubt that they under perform year in and year out.

quote:

He actually has a personality, is not a mindless robot, and is a great leader for young men.

I don't know his personality, so I can't comment.

He is not a mindless robot, but he is a mindless human sometimes. And this is worse. And those mindless moments tends to be at times when he needs to be thinking quickly.

Finally, he is not a great leader of young men. I would say a great leader of young men also teaches their players discipline. And a team oriented approach. I have not seen lsu being very disciplined. I see them getting by on their great recruiting classes and getting by on talent.

Say what you will, but the team isn't a great team, much like usc is not a great team. They are a very talented team.

I think he fails as a great leader of young men.

dude, you will never understand the posimiles posters.
but, we do understand you. your demand for perfection is a self reflection. you cannot now live in the now. you live in fearful expectation and regret. please don't try to convince us that your negative way is the way we even want to consider.
it will be difficult, but accept your own low self esteem as something you will die with.

You Sir, are a Total Fu@king Idiot!

Proves that the you know little of the not so distant past some long-time Tiger Fans had to witness while you we're still $hit'n your pampers!

And how much of a track record do you have as a "leader of young men" - and I don't mean small boys, Scandusky!

Finally, you were right about one detail, you don't know the man. Yet you have the stones, like a lot of low-life's on the Rant to attack the man's character via the anonymity of a message board. What a stud.......
