yeah don't get me wrong, what the guy did was stupid and such, but damn. he's already been fired, he's gotta wait tables at an olive garden to support his family.
i hate bama and their fans but this seems like a lil too much.

Its all about intent. While what Dante' did is bad the guy was crossing a highway in the dark on foot. The guy maliciously did what he did and its quite demeaning.
