any coach that isn't hired at a particular job was never a candidate, nor did they ever receive an offer from that school. The one that is hired is always "the guy we wanted all along"

The announcement I heard on Sirius 91 said this was already in the works for after the bowl game. With the Arkansas rumors they went ahead and did it now.

FYI - contrats are made to be broken; both by the coaches and the schools; Chizik and Dooley. If anyone thinks coaches and schools are simply going to honor contracts because they signed them then you are delusional.

And yes, for all you Saban lovers, he DID THIS EVERY YEAR. It is his MO. And NO, he wasn't winning championships every year at LSU nor winning at much as Miles when he did this so don't excuse him with that stupid argument.
