I get the point here. But is it even necessary to have a "superstar" to see success, or is it more desirable to have a solid team?
One could easily argue that numerous "superstars" have gained that status due to the fact that most of the team was average, and they received most of the (touches, passes, on-field time, etc.)
Having a wealth of athletes tends to prevent superstars from emerging.
