The delusional part is to think that Jeff Long offered Les Miles the job. I love Arkansas, but no one in their right mind would make that move. You don't go from number two where you don't have to recruit to number three where you have to recruit you butt off to compete with one and two. Just don't do it. Long knows this. He's not stupid. There will be no coach announced until next week. Now, no one is talking about Patterson, Petersen, or Gundy. Mission accomplished. It's really that simple. He got an old friend a raise to boot.
