because we had success so quickly from a decade of not playing very good football
this brought on a bevy of bandwagon fans who only expect national championships every year
it also doesnt help that our old coach is in the same division winning alot of games

and they started being fans in about 2002 or so and LSU has kicked arse their whole life. they have no idea how valuable the right coach is.
