Good wings (surprisingly), along with Tex-Mex, BBQ, and Indian are a few food items that I have always said New Orleans lacks.

I had hopes for Bayou Hot Wings but they are way too sweet traditional buffalo - if they just doused in crystal and butter and garlic could be 10x better.

WOW Sucks and has sold out nationally, chain garbage...

Make your own at home rather than eat them in New Orleans.

New Orleans will never have a Plucker's...

Owner's are from NOLA, are Jewish, really, and are faithful to their Texas stores' roots.

Won't even give their own cousin (Baton Rouge) the rights to New Orleans supposedly.
