i will say the couple times I had buffalo shrimp they were spot on



probably chinese shrimp but I couldn't tell

i wont knock hooters - not my first stop but i agree its hard to find real wings in this city (buffalo transplant here)

i will say that if you are into good buffalo style wings - the bricks is probably the best bet. bar in the CBD just off st charles. some upstate ny transplants run it, and put out the best buffalo wings ive found in the city.
