The moon does have a lot to do with predictable movement, and I pay attention to it, but most of my success has come hunting before and after fronts.

I should be hunting midday right now from what I've seen from a few of my cameras from the last week/10 days, but I just can't find the time. From what I've seen, you've likely had a pretty boring week if you've only been hunting 6-9 a.m. and 3-6 p.m. this week.

I'm so ready for about December 9th to get here, I can't hardly stand it. A little after that date is when I've historically started having a lot of success. You find 5 or 6 days between about Dec 10th and about Jan 10th where there's a perfect storm of rutting, a front, and moon phase, then I get giddy.
