Rewatching the DVDs of Luther...in one episode towards the end of the first season (I won't say which episode...watch them if you haven't seen them!!) Luther tells one of the cops "Why don't you send her details to Detective Munch in New York. He's Special Victim's Unit there."

No, strictly Britain, gov. Very American influence in the show...reminds me of The Shield with it's intensity. If you haven't seen it, do give it a try.

Maybe I'm being an idiot here but what is the catch?
And I too love me some Alice Morgan. Word is though she won't be involved in season 3. Which is sad because she is probably the main reason season one is so ridiculously awesome.
