he's practiced full the last 10 days. They sat him last week to ensure he'd be 100% this week.

Sproles might just be important to the Saints gameplan vs SF. I mean, he only caught 15 passes for 118 and a TD in the playoff game

I'm going with Danario. I'd wait and see how the backfield situation plays out for one week, even with Sproles' history against the 49ers. Better to be safe than sorry.
