Does that eliminate any chance of LSU in Sugar? Is there a rule against 3 from 1 conference if 2 are in NC?

only if both teams weren't the conference champion would the third team be allowed under present rules...

I believe so. Thats why Arky (or any SEC team) didnt go to the Sugar Bowl
