#23 Kent State vs Ohio U

Kent State off to a 21-0 lead! There is something about this Kent team that is special. With as strong as the MAC is this year, i cant believe they are only ranked #23? Wow, Ohio just lost their 14 starter of the season due to injury...taken off on stretcher. Unreal how fast injuries derailed a once 8-0 team. If Kent can beat a VERY good #25 N. Illinois team in the MAC title game, is there any chance that Kent or N Illinois can sneak up and snag a BCS bowl? Not sure where they would have to get to? The MAC is VERY underrated this season IMO.

If Kent State beats Ohio and Northern Illinois, that will boost their computer numbers enough I think. Both of those will be huge for the computers.
Not sure if I can say the same about Northern Illinois if they win out.
The question is the polls. I think the pollsters need to realize the MAC has had a great year, and should reward them accordingly

I was just wondering because some teams will have to lose that are in front of them, which could happen. Yes, Ohio and N Illinois will produce some computer bounce for Kent for sure. I just dont know if Kent has the built up reputation like a Boise St does. Either way, i was wondering if there was anyway they could get a better bowl game. The MAC bowl tie ins are garbage!

Kent State holding on to a 21-6 lead at Half. Kent will receive 2nd half kickoff. Lets go Kent...finish! Need to get Dri Archer going.

So you think that by beating a #25 ranked team you can jump like 13 spots over big program school? I really don't see that happening!

Shouldn't be too hard. We still had our starting QB. We've been on our 3rd and 4th stringers for a few weeks now.
