My brewer friend says celebration is a great beer to age.

I found it at this bar that is in a building that used to be home to SF Brewery. The brewer aged a ton of celebration years.

Hope that helps. I'm not ire why aging it works but it was great.

damn, was it that much better than a recently brewed Celebration?

am I different in that if I buy a beer I'm going to drink it and not age it? I don't see how it could be significantly better, does it age similarly to wine?

on my 5th Captain and coke...liquor night for me
