One of my buddies let me hunt his stand. It a ratchet arse lock on 30ft up. I barely got up here. Gonna be fun getting down after dark. OB, if I die, it's been good fellas

Mosquitos a plenty. Should be squirrel hunting by the looks of it. Gut shot a doe in this spot at 5:05 yesterday, searched 2 hours last night and 2 hours this morning and the blood trail ran out. Hate it more than anything. Trying to get my first meat of the season. Probably shouldn't be in the same stand but my options are limited.

LoL, no. Actually, it was a 150gr round nose Core-lokt. She only ran about 30 yards, but the brush was so thick that it took a long time to find her and drag her out.

Yesterday I came about the same time seen a red fox and 7 minutes later seen a coyote on the trail went to aim and shoot it and it decided to go in the woods just seconds before I was going to pull the tigger. 
Killed my first doe of the season this past Sunday. Hoping I see this 8 point I captured on camera a couple of weeks ago. Beautiful 8 point , racks are going straight up and the point are each about 6 to 7 inches long.

Dang hog came out and saw her move to take the shot. He was staring right at her and she didn't take the shot because i told her to aim for behind the ear previously and she was unsure if a forehead shot would work.
Failed hunt due to bad guide.
Oh well she is going on her first duck hunt in am too.
