Without trying to spoil anything, if you are still playing as Hatham than you are still playing basically the "prologue", that I was referring to.

I can't remember exactly how long you have to go, but it shouldn't be a ridiculously long time until you get to the main story line.

Stick with it, it does open up.

Yea it stays pretty boring until the Main character meets Achilles. Then the first mission or 2 with him are lame. After that it's whatever. You can do the missions at your own pace.

What I tried to do after every mission is take time to collect trinkets, do hunting quests, stuff like that. The trinkets give you more naval missions to go on....
