I could care less. BUT, I am not the one making the hire. I seriously doubt that it would make a difference one way or another. He didn't pull a Woody Hayes and slug a kid. I thought his mea culpa was directed at Arky, UT or any other big program looking to make a hire - now or in the future. I also thought it was sufficient cover for "hiring" AD's.

I've not heard anything about Tubbs except from other fanbases. I just don't see us hiring an SEC retread considering the program has its back against the wall (win now, or stay irrelevant).
