You very well might be right. I am just worried about a "pro coach" coaching a college program. Its two different games. As you know, recruiting is such a big deal.
Either way I would be very happy. I have a ton of confidence in Hart. I think he will make a solid hire.

Gruden had been learning the college game for the last few years, he knows what it takes, and he will be prepared, in fact, he loves the challenge
