Both would be very solid hires IMO. That being said, I'd take Gruden any day over Tubby

You very well might be right. I am just worried about a "pro coach" coaching a college program. Its two different games. As you know, recruiting is such a big deal.
Either way I would be very happy. I have a ton of confidence in Hart. I think he will make a solid hire.
