LSU has not played well against Ole Miss at home since the days of Dinardo. LSU hasn't won by more than 7 points against them in Tiger Stadium since 1995.

Not disagreeing with any of this. I expected it. Ole miss is always a motivational issue for us, and the entire season for them. Bad combo.

slight exaggeration, but pretty much the truth. I make no excuses for yesterday because ole miss really isn't as bad as many LSU fans want them to be. just because their dline is undersized doesn't mean they can't be effective. they gave two games away early to atm and vandy and they showed me that bama could be had. they have recruited well and their qb's are both tough, gritty kids. considering how much emphasis LSU puts on winning natchams I think it is remarkable that our kids responded so well to the challenge ole miss delivered. in the same situation as yesterday, many teams would have folded...our squad chose not to. great job staff/kids/and the fans in Tiger Stadium. let's finish strong in fayetteville.

hump the hogs.
