I am arguing this with someone right now. Saban has made the most of his 3 chances when he gets a team there is the only thing. But look at these records...8-4, 10-3, 8-5, 13-1, 9-3, 7-6, 12-2, 14-0, 10-3, 13-1. Only 3 out of 10 seasons have less than 2 losses. Followed up his first 2 NC's with 9-3 and 10-3. Winning dominate just does not happen all the time, it takes so much luck with injuries and schedule and a few lucky bounces have to go your way too.

I started to make another thread about this but did ya'll notice all the holding calls last night? Bama does the same thing game after game and none of those type calls are called. The closest game I have seen called agianst them in several year they lost, aTm. And even in that game there was a ton of holding not called. If you had tape of every game they played since 09 I bet there are 8-10 non holding call per game. I know every team holds and a lot are not called but Bama is just rediculous.

I think this adds to the "luck" for Bama.

Not so fast...gumps were 12-1 in 2011. They played 13 games that season, not 14. Don't give those lying mfs an SEC title they didn't play in.
