After playing a Wii U game with very much of the same gimmicks, its easy to see.

I'm beginning to think that Nintendo could throw shite on a stick and you would love it.

I admit that I have a bias against Nintendo, but I did play it and the current application of the Wii U controller and the touch pad is anything but a necessity. Until they can produce a game where the touchpad is a vital and useful part of the game it is nothing more than a gimmick.

To add to my rant, like I said previously, having to switch back and forth from the TV to the touchpad to perform menial little gameplay additions takes away from the flow and immersiveness of the game.

I'm convinced Nintendo could make the greatest console of all time and you would still hate it.

The console has been out for one fricking day. Think you could give it more time than that before you start spewing shite that this console can't produce good games that the touchpad is essential on?

People were saying the same thing about the DS, and look how that turned out. I think Nintendo's big thought with this system is bringing that experience to a home console.
