Why is it that Bama is the only team that can lose at home and only drop a couple spots?
Anybody else drops five spots losing at home.

Rule 1 for BCS: Bama losses in November do not count.

Bama will have another NC. Deal with it. Enjoy the Cotton Bowl.

Wtf does that have to do with it? Last year they got credit because they "outplayed" LSU but lost. This year they got outplayed but won.

WTH does that have to do with anything? You lost at home last year and dropped 2 spots, if memory serves. This season you lose at home and drop 1.

The OP does make a good point in asking that question.

Alabama has beaten a top 10 LSU team on the road. Oregon has beaten absolutely no one of consequence.

And lost to a 15 ranked A&M team at home. They drop one spot.

Kinda weird to me. Especially when you look at their schedule.

It's quite ironic to watch LSU fans complaining about teams with losses winning national championships and backdooring their way into title games.

The national champion has a loss about 50% of the time.

It's a good thing for LSU that's the case, as LSU has not posted a perfect season since 1958 (54 seasons and counting).

Alabama has had 5 during that time BTW.
