If they all win out, Oregon will likely moved to #1, which would give the Rose the first pick.

is by default of the BCS or this assuming the voters jump Kansas State(keep in mind they are still undefeated)?
I guess my question is, is there anyway both Oregon and Kansas State go undefeated with Kansas State staying at the # 1 slot?
