I don't think the Cotton Bowl would want 2 teams that close to Dallas. Less hotels would be needed, fewer dollars for the restaurant and tourism industry.
Texas vs A&M matchup will be MUCH MORE appealing. They would sell out, and it's not really a day trip for either team. They will fill up the hotels.

Suppose you slept thru the Cotton Bowl against the Ags and the Duck game. shite, Dallas loves LSU football like Omaha loves Tiger baseball.

Texas is bitching about it already, so I bet the Cotton bowl bends over for Texas and gives them LSU to play instead of A&M.
