Not that I would want this to happen to me, but I still think this whole thing was blown way out of proportion.
I can't tell you how many times I've seen a group of guys screw with someone passed out, although it's usually to a friend. I've got a picture somewhere of someone "taking a nap" in their chair at an LSU-UK tailgate in Lexington with about 3 asses in their face (not on, but near). I've seen guys get Sharpied, put out in the cold (guy was passed out on a couch), videos/pictures taken, etc.
That being said, I can't say I've ever seen anybody pull out the ole twig and berries until these Bama fans.

Practically speaking, this is the main issue at play. Friends doing it to friends = prank. Strangers doing it to other strangers (regardless of gender) = sexual harassment.
No law enforcement official, DA or judge in their right mind would pursue this as a crime if it's friend/friend, indecent exposure being one of the very few exceptions I can think of.
