The one in Monroe was always Monroe's or Monroe Steak House.

I'm still upset that Cuco's shut down. That was our goto drinking place in college(didnt hurt that I had 2 roommates that bartended there).......

What years are you thinking? Was Monroe's from early 80s to mid 90s.
