Isn't there some way to get it outside of the one channel. I imagine there has to be some sort of college basketball package.
And I hope that the crowds continue to grow as we pick up more wins and momentum.

CST should have plenty of time to air LSU basketball now since they don't have the Hornets anymore.
It's time to prove that LSU is the best basketball team in Louisiana

I think only 3 or 4 more games total aren't on tv. Irvine, Boise, Bethune Cookman ( )

Interesting note: McNeese St head coach Dave Simmons was a senior at DeRidder High when Johnny Jones was a freshman. Jones "idolized" Simmons and even took his number (12) after he left. They are still very good friends.

It's a fact, whether anyone likes it or not, that we will need Del Pierro this year. If for no other reason then to have a big body to clog up the lane and give us some fouls.
I was surprised that Coach Jones didn't give him more playing time last game. Just take a look at what we are up against with JOB out with injuries. Eddie at the 5 and 6'5" Shavon Coleman at the 4. This won't hurt us against McNeese because they are even smaller on their front line but Seton Hall is coming with two 6'9" and one 6'6" starting for them.
Oh yeah, for those out of the BR area, Geaux Zone will carry live audio and video for the next three games. That is when they aren't showing replays anyway!
Maybe we should try and get behind the players that are on the team rather than wish we had someone else. It's going to be another long hard season but I will be there supporting them and hopefully having some fun along the way.

South, in one of your previous thread's, you stated that tonight's game will be on espn3. I am not showing the game listed on espn3's schedule for tonight. Why is that dear? Will it not be shown on espn3? I do see now, that you have posted that it will be on CST, I am in Shreveport, and unfortunately i do not think we have CST here on Comcast Cable.
Also, Thank You for your great Basketball previews!
Also, as you stated earlier, Tonight's game will be the first of the Student Point Nights for LSU students to earn points for attending the game. LSU students receive FREE ADMISSION with a valid LSU ID.
I do hope that we have alot of student's and fan's at tonight's game, to support this year's team!
By the way, it is spelled DeRidder, giggles lol.

Looking back I believe I said "The next 5 however will be on tv with 4 on CST and 1 on ESPNU"
Besides that Im not sure. But no it won't be on ESPN3 untill that ESPNU game vs Seton Hall.

I don't think even for a second Del Pierro is needed for this team. We will need JOBIII but his injury is minor. We will still have Coleman at 6'5", Hammink at 6'7", Ludwig at 6'9" and Courtney at 6'8". If you have seen Del Pierro on the court, you know he doesn't belong. I apprecaite the work he has put in to make our team better, but that does not mean he needs to contribute during games.

Im sorry I got your hopes up... I don't know where I got that from! My intentions were only good.
And every SEC game should be on ESPN2, ESPNU, or ESPN3 only. All of which I believe is normally on ESPN3

It is no problem dear. I am sure i can speak for most of us when saying that we do enjoy and thank you for your threads and previews.
They have CST in Bossier City on Cable on Cox or Suddenlink, if i am not mistaken, but not here in Shreveport on Comcast.
I have spoken to Comcast about putting it on the channel line-up a few years ago, i guess they are not interested in doing that...We need everyone in the Shreveport area to call or email Comcast and request CST to be in the line-up. Perhaps Comcast will do that if more customer's would request it! Comcast get's on my nerves sometimes! lol...

I'm gonna go waaaayyyy out on a limb here and say Eddie Ludwig wins the tip tonight... He will be the tallest player on the floor by 4" and I think he can do it.
