Tagua IWB holster from Jim's. It was about 30 bucks and is pretty comfortable. One of the full-blown pancake IWB holsters may be more comfortable but this gun is small enough already.

Thanks for the picture. That setup looks great. Is that holster longer than the barrel?
I think I may go exactly with that rig if that Kahr feels good in my hands.
It must shoot really well also for you to have fired it so much. I know you said it is damn reliable, and I doubt I ever shoot it 4k times. I mean it isn't a Glock, but sacrifices have to be made sometimes.
