they'll have victories over 4 teams with a winning record when the regular season comes to a close. here's the kicker.. the computers rank them as a top-15 strength of schedule..

LSU plays Alabama, A&M, Florida, South Carolina..
Alabama plays LSU, A&M, Michigan

Alabama is still listed as the tougher schedule

Bama is the 3rd best team in the SEC West. They were pushed around by the only two tough teams they played this year.

So overrated!

Yet ESPN Power rankings have them at #1 and LSU #5.

Both Georgia and Bama only played two tough games all year...and they are both in the title game as a result of skating through the weaker schedules.

Schedule matters. Bama has it easy again next year. frick Birmingham SEC offices and refs!!!

It comes in cycles guys. It does help that UT sucks right now.

In 2009 we played 10 bowl teams, the first national champion to do so.

I realized this just today. Their strength of schedule is #1. And they hadn't played anybody until the last two weeks! How does this shite work? Somebody please explain?

BAMA plays UT and UK next year.
ATM plays Mizz and Vandy.
LSU gets UGA and FLA.

So, it looks like LSU will be predicted to finish 3rd in the SEC West next year. You don't have to be a Nate Silver probability guru to see how fricked LSU has been the last two years because of Slive and his Birminham Bama boys in the SEC office doing the scheduling.

LSU should secede from the SEC!!!

Explain to me where the SOS ranking comes from in the computers, though. Look at the schedule objectively and I'd probably rank it around 25-30.
