During that Jamaica game we lost in September, Jermaine Jones only completed 32 total passes. Granted everything about that game from the formations, player selections and pitch quality was atrocious, that's still atrocious involvement for a center mid charged with recycling possession.

Jones is very good at what he does and it's not Darren Fletcher's fault that Scotland is garbage.

We have a box to box guy in Bradley. I think pairing Bradley with a more disciplined defender like Williams is the way to go to help out our back 4. Also Williams is light years better at keeping possession and distributing from the back. And of course the yellows that are almost automatic. In the hex, we dont need that.

I prefer Williams to Jones at this point. Can anyone who watches them in the Bundesliga tell how they compare in league play? Williams just seems to have a lot more control, and better passing, than Jones.
