I agree with you...if it became public. But with a guy of Dodds' clout, these things have a way of staying under wraps.

The Cotton Bowl gets first pick of Big 12 teams after the BCS. If OU wins out the Cotton could justify taking 10-2 OU over 9-3 Texas assuming UT loses to KSU. But at 10-2 OU could be a BCS at large, if so, there is no way the Cotton would pass on Texas.
