Suggesting he'd trade Anderson or Gordon for Biyambo is outlandish, though. They are 23 and 24 year old players who have proven to be good NBA players. Biyambo hasnt proven shite and could be the next Adonal Foyle
Anderson is over 4 years older than Biyombo and makes almost 3 times more. Most NBA believe that Biyombo will become an Ibaka or Varejao type of player. I like Anderson, but he is a specialist that is only a semi-starter for some reason. Anderson is a much better fit for the Hornets, but for alot of people Biyombo is the safer bet with the better future. It's all projection though, but that's what writers do.

The only thing I'll add to the discussion at this point is it's not "his" site. I'm not sure what was meant, but he is not "the owner" or "the boss" of Hornets247.
Joe makes his own decisions, and others make their own.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: There is not "site opinion." The people are individuals who pool their efforts to get things done they can't do alone. That's it.
If people want to attached their own interpretation on thing or talk about how perception is reality, I'll read about it and consider it (see the twitter changes), but the individuality of the contributors is the core of the site, point blank.

Lol so what? He's still young as shite.
[quote]Biyombo is a better fit for the future
Sorry cant agree. He hasn't showed shite as an NBA player. Anderson is proven, and still young. This is stupid

Biyambo was the youngest guy in the NBA last season. Anderson is 4 years older and he's proven to be a valuable NBA player. He does make more, rightfully so.

Right. So was Tyrus Thomas and Hilton Armstrong. Point is Biyambo hasn't done squat yet and to assume he's going to be some great player is silly.

Specialist? The dude averages 8 rpg and is one of the best offensive rebounders in the league. All that on top of being a guy who can knock down the 3 ball and guard/play 3 positions. Not to mention a great FT shooter and an all around great teammate.

Ok, Joe. You are right, my man

But we already have a player who will be blocking shots and rebounding at the rates of the aforementioned players.... and our guy actually has an offensive game to go along with it. His name is Anthony Davis. Getting Biyombo would almost be redundant.
Also, 24 is sooooo old.

No shite. Anderson is a proven commodity with borderline all-star production.

this is absurd. Biyombo has potential but he isn't near the caliber rebounder/shot blocker as Varejao or ibaka. Seriously he doesn't even get starter minutes with the bobcats.

Did you seriously just say Biyombo is a safer bet than Anderson? There is literally not a sane person on earth who agrees with that.

Those people are morons. Plain. Simple.
