Ok seriously the geese is the only problem. We can't go kill 57 ducks so it doesnt seem fair. Most people hunt public and not many spots you can go kill geese like that on public land. That is my 2 cents.

And jsmoke... Completely understand the argument that the point system was agreed upon etc... But I dont think it was well discussed or thought out. It was kind of like obamacare, quickly voted in during middle of the night secret congress sessions etc without the majority understanding the true consequences of it.

Do not wear that gear but do own a benelli that I shoot if the conditions are dirty/muddy/wet.

Again, I'm in favor of whatever the majority rules on this. I am also willing to take anyone from any team on a goose hunt or multiple hunts to help even out the odds for anyone who doesn't like the current points system.

My initial proposal was based on the "value" of each duck, but I figured that would make some people upset about the type of ducks that are in the area that they hunt. Not everyone is mad enough to chase them like some of us
